- RFP Statement of Work New cooling system installation at Bldg. 7320, Firm Fixed-Price Contract: This requirement is being solicited as 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. The designated NAICS code is 238220 with a size standard of $15M. The magnitude for this requirement is between $25,000 and $100,000. A mandatory site visit will be held on July 20 2016 at 1300 CST at Bldg. 7320 on Dyess AFB, TX. Parties attending MUST RSVP A1C Lydia Simpkins at lydia.simpkins@us.af.mil by 18 July 2016, no later than 1400. Only site visit attendee's proposals will be considered for award. Proposals may be sent to A1C Lydia Simpkins and Capt Hilary Ince, 7 CONS/LGCA, 381 Third St. Bldg. 7238, Dyess AFB, TX 79607 or via email at lydia.simpkins@us.af.mil and hilary.ince@us.af.mil. Proposals will not be accepted after 1400 CST, 28 July 2016. Lack of registration in the System for Award Management database (SAM) will make an offeror ineligible for award. A notice to proceed will be issued at the time of contract award.
