- Wage Determination IL160016 IL16 SPECIFICATIONS Lowell Hickox WRP Restoration Project DRAWINGS Lowell Hickox WRP Restoration Project Lowell Hickox WRP restoration project in Jasper County Illinois. The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Natural Resource Conservation Service (NRCS) is issuing a Request for Quote for the Lowell Hickox WRP restoration project in Jasper County Illinois. The project shall consist of mobilization and demobilization of the contractor's workforce and equipment, for the Wetlands restoration. In accordance with FAR 36.204, the estimated magnitude of the projects is between $25,000 and $100,000. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 237990, Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction. The Small Business Size Standard for this NAICS is $36.5M. The Product Service Code is Y1QA. The anticipated period of performance for this project is 60 calendar days from the date the contractor receives the Notice to Proceed (NTP).The solicitation will be a Total Small Business set-aside. Interested contractors must be registered in and must complete the annual representations and certifications electronically via the System for Award Management (SAM) at http://www.sam.gov in order to be eligible for award.
