- PPI Tool Link NOTICE: July 14, 2016 This is to notify all interested parties that the PPI Tool Link has been added to the attachments section. REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL: June 27, 2016 This is the official Request For Proposal (RFP) for the Overhead Production Services effort at Hill AFB, UT. The purpose of this contract is to provide business/management and production operations and overhead activities to Ogden Air Logistics Complex (OO-ALC) Maintenance Groups and 309 AMARG, Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ. The contractor shall supply skilled labor in support of business/management and production operations for depot maintenance to include: planners, schedulers, production support technicians, production material technicians, analysts and other similar functions, as outlined in the basic PWS and associated task orders (TO). This requirement will not include personal services or inherently governmental functions. All current and potential future information concerning this effort will be posted under this solicitation number.
