The vendor shall submit the response to this RFQ via email to the Contract Administrator: A1C Bunda, E-Mail: janmichael.bunda@us.af.mil; no later than 11:00 pm EST on 19 July 2016 in order to be considered timely. The Contracting Officer for this solicitation is TSgt Haynes; E-Mail: justin.haynes.2@us.af.mil. Any quote, modification, revision, or withdrawal of a quote received after the exact time specified for receipt of quote is "late" and will not be considered.
