- Description
- The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, personnel, supervision, management, tools, equipment, materials, and any other items and services necessary to install, rental, maintain, repair, dismantle, and remove five (5) prefabricated buildings (hereafter, referred as buildings) located at Yokota Air Base in accordance with (IAW) the Performance Work Statement (PWS), commercial standards, manufacturer standards, Japanese ordinances and laws, and the attached appendices. Note 1: This project will be performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. The successful offeror must be licensed and registered to perform work in the country of Japan. Note 2: Solicitation issuance and closing dates are tentative. It is the offeror's responsibility to check the firm dates at block 6 & 8 of SF 1449, once the solicitation is released, to ensure submission of your offer in a timely manner. If you have any questions about the release date of a solicitation please contact the Contract Administrator or Contracting Officer listed in this announcement. Note 3: Site Visit will be conducted on TBD. The offeror shall follow the instruction uploaded "Notice to Offeror". Note 4: If your company requires an escort in order to gain access to the U.S. government installation, please fill in and submit the Guest Pass request to the contract administrator one (1) week prior to the pre-proposal conference date. Note 4: Appendices are not attached uploaded PWS. The offeror shall contact POCs to obtain the appendices prior to the closing date.
