- The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, supervision, management, tools, equipment, transportation, materials and any other items or services necesary for the rental of portable latrines & sewage removal services in support of U.S. Army/Japanese Grand Self Defense Forces (JGSDF) Bilateral Field Training Exercise Orient Shield 2016 (OS16) at Aibano Training Area, Shiga, Japan. Note 1: This project will be performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. Note 2: Solicitation issuance and closing dates are tentative. Once the solicitation is released and posted, it is offeror's responsibility to check the firm dates at Block 6 & 8 of SF 1449 and ensure submission of your quotation in a timely manner. If you have any questions about the release date of the solicitation, please contact the Contract Administrator or Contracting Officer listed in this announcement.
