- NIHES2016082 - Government's Responses to Industry Questions Attachment 3 - Sample Task Order 2 SOW Attachment 2 - Sample Task Order 1 SOW Amendment 000001 for NIHES2016082 July 14, 2016 - The purpose of this Amendment is to (1) To revise the Request for Quote (RFQ) as highlighted throughout this amendment; (2) To revise Attachment II and III (Sample Task Order (STO) Statement of Work (SOW)) at Section J of the RFQ; (3) To provide the Government's Response to Industry Questions (See separate document attached); and (4) To extend the RFQ closing date. 1. The RFQ closing date is hereby extended to July 20, 2016 2:00 PM EDT. 2. All changed items are highlighted in "yellow" in the conformed copy of the RFQ.
