- The Regional Health Contracting Office – Central (P), Ft. Hood, TX intends to issue an purchase order pursuant to the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(i) on a sole source basis to Audiology System, Inc. for maintenance of audiology equipment. The required services are on various pieces of audiology equipment at multiple locations. Applicable NAICS is 811219. This action will be conducted IAW FAR 12 and 13. This notice is posted for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive quotes. Interested firms must identify their interest and provide documentation demonstrating their capability (include detailed technical information and other technical literature) demonstrating the ability to meet the above requirements by e-mailing the Contracting Officer at marci.l.gebhardt.civ@mail.mil no later than 1:00 p.m. on 15 Jul 16. Any information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government reserves the right not to compete the proposed purchase order based on responses received to this notice.
