- Title: Notice of Intent to Sole Source - Animal Genotyping Services Description(s): The National Institute of Environmental Health Science (NIEHS) intends to award a contract funding modification to TransnetYX, Inc., PO Box 381827, Germantown, TN 38183, for Animal Genotyping Services at NIEHS, Research Triangle Park campus. The provided services will be supplied under the current contract HHSN273201300011C until a new contract can be issued on or about September 11, 2016. The North American industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541380 and the business size standard is $15.0 million dollars. NO SOLICITATION OR REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) IS AVAILABLE. It has been determined that TransnetYX, Inc. is the only responsible source capable of providing the required services and no other services will satisfy the agency's requirements at this time. The purpose of this contract funding modification is to obtain animal genotyping services from the contractor who is currently performing the services for the NIEHS. This notice of intent is not a solicitation or request for quotes.
