Description

Justification and Approval NOTICE OF INTENT The US Army Medical Command has a requirement for Fitmate Accessories to include: Tubine/Flowmeter VO2max ID28 with Sampling Line, Flowmeter RMR ID18 with Sampling Line, and O2 Sensor Fitmate for Guthrie Ambulatory Health Clinic. The Government intends to award a sole source contract for this requirement. The suggested contractor is Cosmed,USA, Inc., 1850 Bates Avenue, Concord, CA 94520. Parties interested in future announcements shall provide detailed information of their capabilities and certifications to clearly meet the requirements stated above. Responses(s) may be made via email: include company name, point of contact, address, phone number, DUNS number, Tax ID, business size, and solicitation number. This is not a request for proposal. However, companies that can provide an equal service must submit their technical capabilities to include technical specifications of their products, past performance information, price and preventative maintenance. This information will be reviewed by the Government for consideration for future requirements.
