- Scope of Work Marion National Cemetery VA Medical Center, 1700 East 28th Street, Marion, IN 46952 Arc Flash Hazard Analysis For the entire facility, provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation and supervision for the following items at the Marion National Cemetery, Marion, IN 1.Identify, label and install the NFPA 70E Arc Flash assessment label from the first Over Current Protective Device (OCPD) down to each point of the Building's electrical systems. 2.Label all equipment including the existing ones: Electrical equipment such as switchboards, panel boards, industrial control panels, meter socket enclosures, and motor control centers that are in other than dwelling units, and are likely to require examination, adjustment, servicing, or maintenance while energized, shall be field marked with a label containing all the following information: 1.All of the following: a.Available incident energy and the corresponding working distance b.Minimum arc rating of clothing c.Site- specific level of PPE d.The arc flash PPE category in Table 130.7( C )(15)(b) or Table 130.7( C )(15)(d) for the equipment. 2.Nominal system voltage 3.Arc flash boundary The method of calculating and data to support the information for the label shall be documented. A preliminary count of 5 electric panels and 7 disconnect switches were made for Marion National Cemetery however; a pre-bid visit by the bidder is required to get an accurate count of the electrical equipment necessitating an Arc Flash Analysis.
