- The U.S. Army is issuing this Sources Sought Request for Information (RFI) notice as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support a requirement for the M872A4 Trailer. The M872A4 is a dual purpose trailer capable of International Organization for Standardization (ISO) container and break bulk transport. The M872A4 has a 34 ton payload capacity.
