- RFQ SF 18 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12 and 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Synopsis/Solicitation N00178-16-T-0159 is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ). The synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulation. This requirement is eligible for small business set-aside. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) intends to award on a sole source basis to New Tech Solutions, Inc. (NTS) to procure the following: Thirteen (13) Intel Core i7-4770, Based Solution with OS, Eight (8) 13 Slot PCI Expansion Unit(s), Three (3) 8 Port 17" LCD KVM(s). New Tech Solutions, Inc. is located in Fremont, CA. The items to be procured are needed to comply Information Assurance (IA) requirements in place. The current infrastructure was built around specific brand name products configured by New Tech Solutions, Inc. The introduction of any other system will not allow the equipment to maintain compatibility and utilize the key applications developed for the existing platform. The required acquisition systems are exclusive to New Tech Solutions, Inc. Please include shipping/freight cost for FOB destination Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114. Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) will be utilized for award in accordance with FAR Part 12. The order shall be firm fixed price. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. In order to be eligible for award, firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors may obtain information on registration in SAM by calling 866-606-8220, or via the Internet at https://www.sam.gov. Quote is due 21 July 2016, no later than 12:00 p.m. EST with an anticipated award date by 30 September 2016.
