Description

The NAVAL SUPPLY SYSTEMS COMMAND, FLEET LOGISTICS CENTER JACKSONVILLE is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support this requirement for Water Purification and Sewage Treatment Equipment. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 562211 Hazardous Waste Treatment and Disposal. BASED ON THE RESPONSES TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE/MARKET RESEARCH, THIS REQUIREMENT MAY BE SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS. Submission Instructions: Interested parties who consider themselves qualified to perform the above-listed services are invited to submit a response to this Sources Sought Notice by 11:30 AM EDT, 27 July 2016. All responses under this Sources Sought Notice must be emailed to darryl.turner@navy.mil. Description of requirement: The Fleet Readiness Center Southeast (FRCSE) is an industrial facility that reworks, repairs, and overhauls various aircraft, engines, and components. FRCSE requires industrial process water treatment services to support these operations. The attached Performance Work Statement(PWS) defines the services required by the government.
