- This is an unrestricted acquisition for fresh bread and bakery products for DoD customers at Scott AFB, Illinois. The delivery points require indefinite quantities of fresh bread and bakery items for deliveries beginning August 21, 2016 through August 18, 2018. The resultant award will be issued as an Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO) not to exceed 2 years or $150,000 aggregate value, whichever occurs first. Prices quoted shall remain valid and fixed for the entire period of performance. The resultant contract will be based on the lowest evaluated aggregate price. The offeror must meet all terms and conditions of the solicitation. If an offeror takes any exception to the terms and conditions of the solicitation, its offer may be excluded from consideration for award. All responsible sources may submit proposals that will be considered by DLA Troop Support. Copies of the solicitation can be downloaded via the DLA Internet Bid Board System a(DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. If not registered, prospective offerors will be required to do so prior to reviewing and downloading a copy of the solicitation. RFP's are in Portable Document Format (PDF). In order to download and view these documents, prospective offerors will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. The software is available free at http://adobe.com. Anticipated solicitation issue date is 15 July 2016.
