- Amendment Two to SF 30 Contractor Questions to Solicitation W91ZLK-16-R-0103 #2. This list is inclusive of all questions submitted to the Solicitation and contains the Government's responses to those questions. Amendment Two: This amendment is being made to incorporate the following: 1) The solicitation SF 30 has been amended (amendment two) to correct grammatical errors and clarify verbiage to the Performance Work Statement (PWS), Section M (Basis for Award), and Section L (Instructions to Offerors). These changes do not change the requirement or the content in any way. In amendent two of the solicitation, for changes made to the PWS, please reference the following paragraphs: Paragraph 3.2.1. Paragraph 3.3.1.7. Paragraph 7. Period of Performance (POP) Paragraph 9. Identification of Contractor Employees In amendment two of the solicitatin, for changes made to Section L (Basis for Award), please reference the following paragraphs: Paragraph labeled: "Volume II: Cost Savings Proposal" In amendment two of the solicitation, for changes made to Section M (Instructions to Offerors), please reference the following paragraphs: Paragraph labeled: "Proposal Volume II: Cost Savings Proposal" (the fourth bullet) 2) Amendment two to the solicitation is also done to correct the Periods of Performance (POP) listed in each Contract Line Item Number (CLIN). For a copy of Amendent Two (2), please see attachment labeled, "Offerors shall acknowledge any/all amendments made to this posting within their proposal. 3) Amendent two to the solicitation will also incorporate any/all questions asked by contractors/ offerors and the Government's responses to those questions. Please see the attachment labeled, "Contractor Questions to Solicitation W91ZLK-16-R-0103 #2" for a full list of questions asked and the Government's responses to those questions. Since the changes incorporated with this amendment are minor, the due date of 22 July 2016 for offerors to submit proposals shall remain the same.
