- Statement of Work RFQ Combined Synopsis/Solicitation This is a small business set-aside. Please see the attached documents for complete details. The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration ship Henry Bigelow in Newport, RI requires a new shore power connection box in accordance with the attached specifications. The Government will award a firm fixed price contract based on Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable. Shipping shall be FOB Destination and included in the unit price for each CLIN unless otherwise indicated on the vendor's quote. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Quotes must be submitted via electronic means (e-mail) by 4:00 P.M.. Eastern on July 29, 2016; any award resulting from this RFQ will be made based on meeting technical capability and price. Quotes must be submitted electronically via e-mail to alexander.cooper@noaa.gov. All questions must be submitted in writing to alexander.cooper@noaa.gov by 4:00 P.M. Eastern on July 25, 2016. Telephone inquiries will not be honored. The anticipated award date is on or about August 1, 2016. Contractors are encouraged to register with the FedBizOpps Vendor Notification Service as well as the Interested Vendors List for this acquisition (see applicable tab within FedBizOpps where this synopsis/solicitation is posted). Quoters must be registered in the SAM database to be considered for award. Registration is free and can be completed on-line at http://www.sam.gov/.
