- SAND AND GRAVEL VALUATION - BLM LAND SITES The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) intends to award a single, firm-fixed price contract to include the labor, materials, equipment and supplies to provide BLM with Fair Market Value Analysis of mineral material commodities as outlined in the accompanying Statement of Work and provisions. The Contractor shall prepare and submit a proposal outlining its understanding of the task, past performance in completing contracts of his type, past experience in valuing mineral commodities and price determinations, personnel name(s) and credentials, approach to the task, and ability to be on-time and within schedule. Eleven option items are also included and will be awarded based on availability of funds. This project is 100% set aside for small business vendors under the North American Industry Classification n(NAICS) Code 541990 with a size standard of $15.0 million. Solicitation L16PS00837, along with statement of work, are posted electronically at www.fedconnect.net and fbo.gov. To obtain the solicitation and/or amendments/updates for this project, contractors shall monitor the solicitation at www.fedconnect.net.
