- Solicitation W9126G-16-T-0113 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested. Contractor shall supply, plant, and maintain native species as indicated in the statement of work at various parks around Lavon Lake. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, supplies, tools, parts, transportation, permits (if required) and equipment necessary to complete this job. Contractor shall comply with all applicable laws, municipal codes, and regulations. Contractor's responsibility shall include, but not be limited to, all job planning, programming, scheduling, administration, Quality Control (QC) inspection and management necessary to accomplish the required work.
