- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and written solicitations will not be issued. This will be awarded on all or none basis. Solicitation number N6883616T0348 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) 100% Set-aside for Small Business. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-04. The simplified acquisition procedures of FAR Part 13 are applicable to this procurement. NAICS Code: 611699 Federal Supply Code: U099 Requirement is for TACTICAL ACUITY FOR C-IED TRAINING CLIN 0001 1, GP. 3.REQUIREMENTS. 3.1General 3.1The contractor shall provide subject matter experts to provide instruction for NAVSCOLEOD Instructors, to include all necessary supporting materials, in the following areas: -Tactical Acuity and Visual Tracking Fusion -Basic Tracking Techniques -Dynamics of the Footprint -Counting Methods -Action Indicators -Forensic Identifiers -Tracking Indicators -Lost Spoor (track) Procedures -Back Tracking -Spoor Pit Exercise -Micro-Tracking Techniques -IED Detection Lanes -IED Emplacement and Identification of Indicators Please see the attached Statement Of Work for the entire scope of this requirement.
