- This Special Notice is to advise interested members of the National Spectrum Consortium (NSC), as well as other interested parties within the U.S. technology base, that a Request for Prototype Proposals (RPP) has been issued by Advanced Technology International for the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense, Emerging Capabilities and Prototyping (ODASD, EC&P) in partnership with the Department of Defense Chief Information Office. The purpose of the RPP is to develop, evaluate, and demonstrate a capabilities based prototype that (1) provides a Situation Awareness Operating Picture presenting electromagnetic spectrum information with multiple, linked visual representations, (2) has the ability to fuse multiple EM data sources in that visualization, (3) performs data analytics providing computed results for enhances visual fidelity, (4) presents indications and warnings assessment, and (5) provides for Courses of Action (COA) presentation. Interested parties are directed to www.nationalspectrumconsortium.org where all information regarding this RPP can be obtained. Non-NSC parties must join the NSC to respond to this notice. Any questions concerning the RPP found at www.nationalspectrumconsortium.org should be addressed to the SCRA Applied R&D point of contact listed in the RPP.
