The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a Project to stabilize the existing lead based orange and white obstruction marking paint on the approximate 100 foot tall antenna tower by scraping all loose and peeling paint, and then priming and re-painting the entire antenna tower located at the Redwood Park (QSN) Radio Communications Link Repeater (RCLR) in Oakland, California.
