- Amendment SDR860-16-R-0003-A001. Synopsis SDR860-16-R-0003 : The requirement is for providing supplemental health insurance to LE Staff of the U.S. Embassy Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. The estimated number of employees is 503 of which 176 are self only, 272 are family plan, and 40 are retirees. Please note that this is an estimated quantity. The anticipated performance period is for one (1) base year with four (4) one-year option periods, if exercised by the U.S. Government. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. The Solicitation is issued via the FedBizOpps website. Note: A pre-proposal conference will be held on July 28, 2016.
