- pricing spreadsheet Pids Amendment 0001 This amendment is to change the current solicitation from a firm fixed price contract with an economic price adjustment which includes three one year options to a two year firm fixed price contract excluding any option years. Any reference of option years and/or evaluation of offers, EPA adjustments, and Producer Price Indexes (PPI) are here by removed from subject solicitation. Caution Notice: Page 5, option periods and EPA adjustment including DLAD 52.216-9030 is removed. Page 8, Producer Price index information is removed. Page 11, EPA information and clause DLAD 52.216-9030 is removed. Page 13-16, DLAD 52.216-9030 clause is removed. Solicitation Page 44, FAR 52.216-9036 and FAR 52.217-9 is removed. Page 62, FAR 52.217-05 is removed. All closing dates on page 3 and 4 of the solicitation are hereby update to reflect the new date of July 25, 2016 at 3:00pm EST. All offers are due to the bid room by Monday July 25, 2016 at 3:00pm EST. Please include a signed copy of this amendment with your offer.
