- Description
- Contractor Logistics Support for MD 530F helicopter fleet for Afghanistan Air Force. This action will allow continuation of services and maintaining CLS coverage for the MD 530 fleet. The US Army Program Executive Office (PEO) Aviation, Non-Standard Rotary Wing Aircraft Project Office (NSRWA PO) and the US Army Contracting Command - Redstone plans to issue a UCA under contract W58RGZ-11-C-0070 to provide and increase the level of CLS for the Afghanistan Air Force (AAF) MD 530F helicopter fleet. This action is a follow-on effort to the CLS portion of contract W58RGZ-11-C-0070, which was not competed pursuant to 10 USC 2304 (c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(A) and (B), "Only one responsible source and no other suppliers or services will satisfy agency requirements."
