SF 30 and Answers to Questions This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W912JB-16-T-1917. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-88. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business. The associated NAICS code is 562991 and small business size standard is $7,500,000. This is a firm fixed price requirement for non-personal services for rental of portable toilets and hand washing stations. Award will be to the lowest price technically acceptable quote. Offerors may bid on a combination of any or all of the three line items listed below. Exact specifications are listed in the attached spreadsheet. The period of performance begins 30 Jul 16 and ends 27 Aug 16. Inspection and acceptance will be at Camp Grayling, Michigan. Offers are due at 4:30 pm, ET on July 15, 2016. Email quotes to amanda.e.geissler.civ@mail.mil. Questions are due by 4:30 pm, ET, July 12, 2016, and must be submitted via email. Questions will not be answered via telephone. It is the vendor's responsibility to monitor this site for any amendments. Original due date has been extended from July 14 to July 15.
