Restroom and Container Count TE-4: Special Cleaning Instructions TE-3: CDC & Fitness Facility Listings TE-2: Facility and Elevator listing for Administrative/Community Offices TE- 1 Continued: IMCOM Custodial Services Performance Standards- Capability Level 1 (Green) and Level 2 (Yellow). TE-1: 402 IMCOM Custodial Service Performance Standards. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Eustis, Virginia 23604 has a requirement for the provision of custodial services in support of the United States Army Directorate of Public Works (DPW) located at Fort Lee, Virginia 23801. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform custodial services. This procurement is being solicited competitively as an 8(a) competitive and is limited to eligible 8(a) business firms, utilizing an Invitation for Bid (IFB). The period of performance is-- Phase In: 30AUG2016-29SEP2016. Base Period: 30SEP2016-29AUG2017, with three (3) one-year option periods. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561720 Janitorial Services with a size standard of $18.0M. The closing date and time for receipt of bids is 1:00 PM EST on 15 August 2016. Prospective contractors shall be registered in the System for Award management (SAM) in order to be eligible to receive an award from this solicitation.
