- Media Monitoring Service 1 AUG 2016 - 31 JUL 2017 Monitor and analyze conversations, articles, stories, and posts related to the Texas Military Department. Monitoring service needs to be able to extract intelligence from unstructured online and offline data Data needs to be delivered through easily understood analytics, dashboards, reports, etc. Monitoring Service will need to be connected with Texas military Department's social media platforms. Post content through software and it populates through rest of TMD platforms. Be able to distribute press releases and other relevant information to the civilian media. Able to monitor content from more other countries and other languages. Users: access by up to 5 authorized users Agents: 10 searches Dashboards: 15 dashboards Widgets: access to both brand monitoring and brand analysis widget group Sources: news and social media monitoring (12 months available) Extras: Tagging, translation and distribution of search results Support: Technical and Consultative support during normal local business hours for the duration of the subscription Email: daily e-mail reports and ad-hoc dashboard reports showing search results for Authorized users Unlimited Email press Database upgrade on demand Web portal access 24 hours a day Support and training Proprietary Journalist Search Create contact list based on searches
