- Solicitation NASA's requirement is to acquire Contract Audit Services in support of NASA procurement offices to perform a broad range of contract audits on NASA contractors that are not fully audited by the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA). The intent of these contract audit services is to provide NASA with information that will assist in the pre-award, award, and administration functions of NASA contracts and modifications. See attached document for additional information. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is NNX16XD0401234 and is being issued as a request for proposal (RFP). The solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-88. This is an unrestricted procurment under NAICS Code 541211.
