- THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS / SOLICITATION for commercial items (Unleaded Gasoline 87 Octane and Ultra Low Sulfur, Red-dyed Diesel Fuel) prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The National Park Service contemplates award of a single Blanket Purchase Agreement to the contractor whose quote represents the best value and is most advantageous to the Government. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number P16PS01513 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). FAR clauses and provisions enclosed within this RFQ are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-88-1 effective June 15, 2016, and are available in full text through Internet access at http://farsite.hill.af.mil/.
