- Terms and Conditions Pricing Data Specifications for LIFERAY SOFTWARE Maintenance 1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included with or attached to this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2. The solicitation number N62306-16-T-5022 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-88-1 and DFARS Change notice 20160616. It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at these addresses: https://www.acquisition.gov/far and http://www.acq.osd.mil/dpab/dars/dfarspgi/current /index.html. The NAICS code is 511210-Software Publishers. The size standard is 38.5M. 3. The Naval Oceanographic Office, Stennis Space Center, MS, intends to solicit on a limited source bases for Liferay Software, a firm fixed price purchase order. This is a Brand Name requirement and substitutions will NOT BE considered. Offeror must be an Authorized Re-seller/certified partner for LifeRay Inc. This procurement is for 25 each Liferay Portal Enterprise Edition Production Server and 1 each Liferay Portal Enterprise Subscription Gold Production. The Period of Performance is 26 July 2016 to 25 July 2017. 4. The procedures at FAR 13.106-2 apply to this acquisition. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and technical capability considered. 5. Contractor shall provide Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code, Contractor Establishment code (DUNS Number) and Tax Identification Number. Contractor must be registered in the SAM at www.sam.gov and Wide Area Work Flow at https://wawf.eb.mil to be considered for award. Quote shall include price(s), point of contact, name and phone number, business size, and payment terms. Response must clearly indicate the capability of offeror to meet all specifications and requirements. 6. Offers are to be received via electronic mail (email) no later than 3:00 p.m. Central Time on 20 July 2016. Submit offers to Cynthia Messina at cynthia.messina@navy.mil and to NAVO_STNS_Contracts@navy.mil. 7. Request for Quote (RFQ) will include the following attachments: Attachment 1- SOW, Attachment 2-Pricing Data, Attachment 3-Terms and Conditions.
