- Request for Quotation N00253-16-T-0397 for Battery Strap Assembly Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport is soliciting for three (3) each Battery Strap Assemblies in accordance to detailed specifications and drawing 7069035 Assy 49 (sheet 28-1), three (3) each Battery Strap Assemblies in accordance to detailed specifications and drawing 7069035 Assy 50 (sheet 28-1), three (3) each Battery Strap Assemblies in accordance to detailed specifications and drawing 7069035 Assy 51 (sheet 28-1), three (3) each Battery Strap Assemblies in accordance to detailed specifications and drawing 7069035 Assy 52 (sheet 28-1), three (3) each Battery Strap Assemblies in accordance to detailed specifications and drawing 7069035 Assy 53 (sheet 28-2), three (3) each Battery Strap Assemblies in accordance to detailed specifications and drawing 7069035 Assy 54 (sheet 28-2), three (3) each Battery Strap Assemblies in accordance to detailed specifications and drawing 7069035 Assy 55 (sheet 29-1), and three (3) each Battery Strap Assemblies in accordance to detailed specifications and drawing 7069035 Assy 56 (sheet 29-1). Drawings referenced in this solicitation are restricted by the Arms Export control Act and are ONLY available to vendors and/or contractors appointed data custodian that are registered with Defense Logistics Information Service (DLIS) Joint Certification Program (JCP). Vendors and/or Contractors that are not registered with DLIS JCP can obtain registration information at www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp/. Restricted drawings and technical information will be available through FedBizOpps as an attachment to this solicitation. This requirement is being issued as combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items in accordance with FAR 12.6. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) applicable assigned rating for this requirement is DO-C9. The solicitation issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) is N00253-16-T-0397 and is attached to this announcement. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. Applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 332312 and has a size standard of 500 employees. The Government prefers FOB Destination pricing to NUWC Keyport, WA 98345-7610. Requirements and evaluation procedures are listed in the attached solicitation, which is required to be completely filled out and returned before the solicitation closes. All questions regarding this solicitation should be submitted in writing as soon as practicable after receipt of solicitation.
