- Statement of Need for Live Structural Fire Training at Spangdahlem Air Base, Germany. Solicitation Document FA5606-16-T-0029 Live Structural Fire Training at Spangdahlem Air Base, Germany. Contractor to conduct a two days "Live Structural Fire Training" for the Spangdahlem Air Base Fire Fighters twice a year. Training must be provided under realistic structural fire conditions and shall include among other things practicing extinguishing fires, practicing operating in high-heat conditions, etc. Government intends to award a firm-fixed price order for one basic and 4 option years. When providing a quote please definitely also send a copy to above mentioned Secondary Point of Contact. This Solicitation replaces Solicitation #: FA5606-16-T-0023
