- This project specifies the following work: The existing kitchen located in building # 4053, ground floor, will be replaced. Following work will be performed at ground floor level: 1. Dismount the existing kitchen including sink and faucets. Furthermore, remove the refrigerator and the free-standing kitchen range and store them temporarily accoriding to the instructions of the COR. 2. Paint walls and ceiling of kitchen. 3. Deliver and install new kitchen furniture with recess back panels, kitchen appliances and counter tops. 4. Deliver and place the furniture for the dining area consisting of a table with stools. 5. Connect the new electrical kitchen appliances. Hinweis: The office building is being used during the entire construction period. Take all measures of building safety.
