- RFQP0408RP630006 Statement of Work USP Leavenworth Staff House #2 Cover Letter Pictures of project. The Federal Bureau of Prisons, USP Leavenworth, Leavenworth, Kansas, intends to make a single award for the provision of Lead Paint Abatement and mold removal services in Staff House 2, at the United States Penitentiary Leavenworth, 1300 Metropolitan Ave, Leavenworth, Kansas 66048. The solicitation will be available on or about July 12, 2016, and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fbo.gov. An on-site visit will be held on July 19, 2016 at 9:00am. The performance for this service contract is expected to take an estimated ninety (90)-one hundred twenty (120) calendar days with completion no later than November 10, 2016. Award will be made to the responsible contractor whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, is considered to be most advantageous to the Government based on price related factors. This acquisition is a 100% small business set aside, FOB destination, firm fixed price contract. All future information concerning this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be distributed solely through this website. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure you have the most up-to-date information about this solicitation. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The anticipated date for receipt of quotations is on or about August 1, 2016. Payments will be made using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). All offerors must be registered in the Systems for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation. Lack of registration in the SAM database may make an offeror ineligible for award.
