- Description
- Solicitation The Service Musician Contractor for the RAF Lakenheath Protestant Parish shall provide musical accompaniment for hymns, choirs, and instrumental music prior to, during and after the RAF Lakenheath Protestant Chapel Service to enhance worship atmosphere. The Service Musician shall work in unison with the Music Director and the chaplain presiding over the service. Also, per request by the Chaplain, provide musical accompaniment for special services throughout the year. These occasional services may include, but not limited to: Christmas Eve or Good Friday services. Additionally, the Service Musician contractor shall comply with all the requirements in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. ***To be considered for award, you or your entity must be System for Award Management (SAM), www.sam.gov registered and subsequently enrolled in Wide Area Workflow (WAWF), https://wawf.eb.mil/, for purpose of invoice/payment if awarded the contract. Please note that WAWF is the ONLY ACCEPTABLE means of invoicing and payment. Offerors should provide their DUNS number, CAGE code, and confirmation of their SAM registration along with their quote. • Quotes are due to this office no later than 5:00 p.m. British Summer Time or 1:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, Thursday, 11, August 2016.
