- Indian Health Service anticipates to issue a request for quotation for a firm-fixed-price construction contract to provide X-Ray Room Renovations in accordance with the attached RFQ. Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, and materials required to perform the construction project. Indian Health Service anticipates to issue a request for quotation for a firm-fixed-price construction contract to provide X-ray room renovations at Claremore Indian Hospital in Claremore, Oklahoma in accordance with the attached Scope of Work and associated drawings. Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, materials and bonding required to perform the construction project. • All work is to be performed at Claremore, Oklahoma • The dollar magnitude is between $100,000 and $250,000. • This effort is set aside for small business only • NAICS 236220 applies and size standard is $36.5M • The anticipated solicitation issuance date is 12 July 2016. Proposals will be due 30 days later. • The Performance Period is 120 calendar days after issuance of Notice to Proceed. The Scope of Work and Specifications will be posted to FedBizOpps (www.fbo.gov). All questions, clarifications, and answers will be generated in the form of an amendment to this solicitation, which will also be posted to the FedBizOpps internet site. NOTE: All firms or persons wishing to respond to the solicitation after it's issued must be registered in the "System for Award Management (SAM)" which is the primary Government repository for Contractor information required for the conduct of business with the Government.
