- The U. S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Louisville District intends to issue solicitation W912QR-16-T-0073, for the purchase of an Aluminum Floating Fishing Pier to Rough River Lake, 14957 Falls of Rough Road, Falls of Rough, Kentucky, 40119-9801. One award will be made from this Solicitation. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Business, NAICS 238990 ($15 million Size Standard). This solicitation is to fabricate and deliver an Aluminum Floating Fishing Pier to Rough River Lake, 14957 Falls of Rough Road, Falls of Rough, Kentucky, 40119-9801. The solicitation will be available on the web only. Project files are Portable Document Format (PDF) files and can be viewed, navigated, or printed using Adobe Acrobat Reader.
