This includes set-up and removal in accordance with attached Performance Work Statement and Drawing. This requirement is set aside for 100% Small Businesses. Questions concerning this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation are due no later than 18 Jul 16 at 12:00 PM EST. Proposals are due no later than 22 Jul 16 at 12:00 PM EST.
