- Purchase Request 0064192323. This solicitation will contain NSN 6850-016267714, Cleaning Compound, Solvent, used by Department of the Army. Request for Proposal SPE4A6-16-R-0753, is for a Firm Fixed Price, Definite Quantity Contract for a quantity of 74 each. Type restricted source: AMC/AMSC: 3Z This Procurement is NOT Small Business Set Aside. The approved source is The Chemours Company FC, LLC, CAGE 7GFT8 P/N VERTREL SDG/55. Solicitation will be issued as a sole source solicitation. Delivery: 21 Days after receipt of award (DARO), FOB Origin, Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. Quantity variance is plus/minus 0%. 100% option Not required. This is a Chemical item requiring SDS and actual product labels be submitted prior to award of this contract. This is a commercial off shelf item. The final contract award decision will be based upon a combination of price and past performance. A Subcontracting Plan is not required, as threshold is not expected to be reached. Certified Cost and Pricing Data is not required.
