- Technical Exhibit 2 - Drawings Technical Exhibit 1 - Performance Requirement Summary (PRS) Combined Synopsis/Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format at FAR 12.603 - Stramlined Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-88, dated June 15, 2016. The requirement is for a 100% woman-owned small business set-aside under NAICS code 238220 - Plumbing, Heating and Air-Conditioning Contractors. The size standard for this NAICS code is $15,000,000. The purpose of this requirement is to obtain the services needed to furnish and install a multi-split heat pump air conditioning system with low ambient controls to cool a 1,300 SF cafeteria in Bldg. 2593, Kingman Bldg. at the Humphreys Engineer Center in Alexandria, VA. The end state shall be a functional air conditioning system that allows the conditioned air to be customized to the needs of the end user. See attachments for additional information.
