- Pre-Proposal Conference ACC AMIC DET 2/PK Contracting Office will hold Pre-Proposal Conference for the Linguist/Analyst Support Services requirement. Date: Friday, 22 July 2016 Start Time: 0900 CST End Time: 1100 CST Location: Procurement Technical Assistance Center Small Business Developement Center (PTAC-SBDC) 215 S. San Saba St, San Antonio, TX 78207 Registration: To register send an email to carissa.lechner@us.af.mil, with the Subject Line reading "Linguist Pre-Proposal Conference Registration". Include your company information and the name(s) of the representative(s) attending. All attendees must register by 15 July 2016. There will be no more than 2 representatives allowed for each company and 8(a) contractors will be given priority if the event fills up. No phone calls please, you may only register via email. *Please note that Contractors are attending at their own expense and will not be reimbursed for any associated costs. A Draft RFP will be posted prior to the conference to allow time for questions to be submitted. AGENDA : Will be provided prior to event.
