- Redacted JOFOC The IRS intends to award a sole-source interim contract to E. & A. Protective Services - BRAVO, LLC for seven (7) months for the period September 1, 2016 - March 31, 2017. The objective of this contract is the continuation of mission critical armed guard services to protect the general public, IRS employees and government-owned property, infrastructures and buildings at the applicable sites. E. & A. Protective Services, LLC provides armed guard services to the IRS main locations in Fresno, CA and Ogden, UT. The proposed procurement is made under the authority granted under FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No formal solicitation will be made available. No phone calls will be accepted and voice mail/email messages will neither be acknowledged nor returned.
