- This requirement shall be solicited as a competitive 100% Small Business Set-aside Request for Quotation (RFQ). The acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 562910, Remediation Services with a size standard of $20.5 million. This requirement has been deemed as a commercial item acquisition and will be prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subparts 12 and 13. A firm-fixed price contract award is contemplated. This project consists of furnishing all necessary labor, supervision, materials, licenses, permits, insurance, transportation, and equipment necessary to perform site remediation at the Western Area Power Administration's Mesa Substation located in Phoenix Arizona. All work is to be performed in compliance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Monitoring of the remediation services shall be conducted by another contractor. Monitoring and Remediation Services shall not be performed by the same contractor. Interested parties can download the solicitation at http://www.fbo.gov on or about July 21, 2016. Note: Any prospective contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be eligible for award. To obtain information on completing your SAM registration and/or obtaining a DUNS number go to the following website: www.sam.gov. Ensure you're Online Representations and Certifications is completed and current in SAMS. It is important to read the solicitation COMPLETELY as there are DATES that MUST be met.
