- Attachment 4 - FAR 52.209-11 Attachment 3 - Offeror's Information Form Pricing Workbook for N62645-16-R-0003 Amendment 4 The purpose of amendment 3 was to revise the closing date and time of the solicitation to 1400 local time 21 July 2016. The purpose of amendment 4 is to answer questions from offerors and make associated revisions to the synopsis/solicitation. Questions and Answers are provided at the end of the synopsis/solicitation. Attachment 4 has been revised and uploaded to FBO. Additionally, changes have been made throughout the document. A summary of changes is provided at the end of the synopsis/solicitation. Lots A and D have been replaced in their entirety. The pricing workbook, Attachment 3, and Attachment 4 have been revised and uploaded to FBO. The contractor is responsible for reading the amendment in its entirety. The closing date and time of the solicitation remain 1400 local time 21 July 2016.
