- Small business representation This contains the SOW, applicable provisions and clauses, and QASP Wage determination for Crawford County, Michigan This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W912JB-16-T-2202. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-88. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business. The associated NAICS code is 532490 and small business size standard is $32,500,000. This is a firm fixed price requirement for non-personal services for rental of portable outdoor light towers. Award will be to the lowest price technically acceptable quote. CLIN Item Qty Unit of measure 0001 Light Towers 1 Job 0002 Light Towers 1 Job 0003 Light Towers 1 Job The Michigan National Guard requires the rental of portable outdoor light towers in support of an exercise performed during the month of August at Camp Grayling, Michigan. See attached Statement of Work for exact specifications. Inspection and acceptance will be at Camp Grayling, Michigan. Offers are due at 4:30 pm, ET on July 19, 2016. Email quotes to amanda.e.geissler.civ@mail.mil. Late submissions will not be accepted. Submissions should be in an electronic format attached to the email in Word, Excel or.PDF. Questions are due by 4:30 pm, ET, July 15, 2016, and must be submitted via email. Questions will not be answered via telephone.
