- Statement of Work Combined Synopsis/Solicitation The Contractor shall provide a high vacuum melt spinner with a water chilled casting mold that is operable in both a high vacuum mode and a gas pressure mode. The melt spinner with a chilled casting mold must produce homogeneous metallic alloys that have a uniform shape of ribbons and rods depending the solidification conditions. Reference the attached documents for the combined synopsis/solicitation and the statement of work.
