Description
This is a market survey for on-site Interconnecting Cisco Networking Devices Part 1 v3 Training (ICND1) “ Course 2801 to be performed at the FAA William J. Hughes Technical Center. The responses to this market survey will be used for informational purposes only. This is not a screening information request or request for proposal of any kind. The FAA is not seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals. The FAA will not pay for any information received or costs incurred in preparing the response to the market survey. Therefore any cost associated with the market survey submission is solely at the interested vendors expense. At this time the nature of the competition has not been determined. The FAA may decide to do a full and open competition or set-aside all or part of the procurement for small businesses, or eligible socially and economically disadvantaged businesses that are certified by the SBA for participation in the SBA ™s 8(a) Program. The results of this market survey will be used as a determining factor in deciding on the level of competition. Please note: Based on the FAA ™s AMS policy at 3.2.1.2.3, the use of agency wide contracts must be used to the maximum extent possible and the responses to this announcement will be used as a determining factor regarding whether the use of an existing agency contract vehicle is appropriate. The purpose of this market survey is to solicit statements of interest and capabilities from large businesses, small businesses, services disabled veteran-owned small businesses, and 8(a) certified firms, capable of providing on-site Interconnecting Cisco Networking Devices Part 1 v3 Training (ICND1) “ Course 2801 at the FAA William J. Hughes Technical Center. This market survey is also being conducted in order to obtain the information necessary to determine whether adequate competition exists to set-aside the competition among small businesses, service disabled veteran-owned small business or 8(a) certified firms. The principle North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 611420, Computer Training, with a size standard in $11.0 Million of Dollars. Interested firms are required to submit the attached Business Declaration form and a copy of the SBA 8(a) certification letter if applicable. In order to make this determination the FAA requires the following from interested vendors: 1. Capability Statement “ This document should identify: a.Summary of your firm ™s capability in meeting the FAA's requirement as specified below: i. Private delivery of training Course 2801 - Interconnecting Cisco Networking Devices Part 1 v3 Training (ICND1) from an authorized and certified Cisco training partner at the FAA, William J. Hughes Technical Center, Atlantic City International Airport, NJ 08405. ii. Turnkey Delivery “ Provide all hardware, software licenses, classroom set-up, logistics management, instructor fee, instructor travel, course manuals, handout materials, shipping fees and evaluations associated with delivering ICND1 on-site training. iii. Availability for tentative performance August 2016. 2. Business Declaration - Submit a completed copy of the attached Business Declaration form, along with a copy of the appropriate Small Business Administration (SBA) certification where applicable. All responses to this market survey must be received by email at colleen.mcguire@faa.gov no later than 9:00 AM (EST) on Monday, July 18, 2016.
