- Description
- The Corpus Christi Army Depot, Corpus Christi, Texas has a requirement for Technical Support for Tech Connect Automation Control Software. Negotiations to be conducted solely with Mid Coast Electric, 3354 Nacogdoches Rd., San Antonio, TX, as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b)(i) since this firm is the only authorized distributor for the Corpus Christi, TX region. The solicitation will be issued on or about 12 July 2016 using Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 procedures in conjunction with FAR Part 13 procedures with an anticipated award date of 18 July 2016. Interested parties will find a copy of the solicitation attached to this notice. This solicitation is not a request for competitive quotes; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the Government. This determination is solely within the discretion of the Government. No telephonic requests please.
