Description
The contractor will provide a compact track loader / multi-terrain loader, attachments and trailer to the Crosslake Dam Recreation Area, in Crow Wing County, Minnesota (34 miles NE of Brainerd, MN, in the Mississippi River Headwaters region). The contractor will accept trade-in of Bobcat 742B skid steer, attachments and trailer. The Compact Track Loader/Multi-Terrain Loader (CTL/MTL) must completely meet specifications, which include: Diesel Engine - 70 HP or greater 2 Travel Speeds - High must be 8.0 mph or faster Tipping Load - not less than 6,500 lb Rated Operating Capacity (35%) - at least 2,300 lbs Loader Hydraulic Pressure not less than 4,000 psi Loader Hydraulic Flow - at least 30 gal/min Quick Coupler - electric Adjustable Dual Joystick Controls with Foot Pedal Throttle Block Heater Rubber Tracks at least 16" wide Tracks shall exert no more than 4.0 psi ground pressure Enclosed Rollover Protection Structure (ROPS) cab, Falling Object Protective Structure (FOPS) level 1 with Heater, Defroster and Air Conditioning Backup camera The loader must be of a type supported by a manufacturer authorized service provider within 50 miles of the Crosslake Recreation Area, or authorized mobile technicians providing service in that area at standard rates, without additional mileage charges. The following Attachments/Work Tools shall be provided: Bucket, General Purpose - Approx. 84" Broom, Hydraulic Angle - At least 83" sweeping width - straight Forks, Industrial Grapple - 72" Brush Cutter - Rotary type with min. 72" working width, less than 80" overal width Auger - With bit 9" - 10" diameter - with Quick coupler disconnects Pallet Forks - 48" Angle Blade - At least 72" wide at angle Power Rake - At least 79" Raking width at full angle The Trailer shall meet specifications which include: Tandem Axle Minimum 12,000 lb rating At least 20 ft in length Loading Ramps Trailer brakes Contractor shall pick up the following Trade-in Equipment from the Crosslake Recreation Area: 1993 Bobcat 742B skid steer - Enclosed cab, heat, manual coupler - approx 1,400 hours Multitek Grapple Bobcat 60" electric angle sweeper Loegering steel tracks Bobcat 72" angle blade General Purpose bucket Pallet Forks - 48" Towmaster tandem axle trailer with ramps
